The Advanced Machine Condition Analysis course is designed to provide participants with a working knowledge of Ferrographic Analysis and its relationship to Used Lubricant Analysis. The knowledge enables the analyst to identify wear modes and make appropriate recommendations.

- Gain hands-on experience utilizing PREDICT’s laboratory techniques
- Analyze up to ten of your own ferrograms
- Experience two full days of analytical ferrography practice with qualified technician
- Learn to effectively use the Optical Microscope (ferroscope)
- Differentiate between normal and abnormal wear particles
Course Fee
3-day course $1595 USD, a continental breakfast and catered lunch throughout the week is provided.
Schedule
All courses are held at the Predict Ferrography Laboratory in Cleveland, OH. Course times are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday.
