The basic course focuses on analysis programs
and the reports generated from the test data. This course
is designed to provide a better understanding of machine condition
analysis and to maximize the efficiency of Predict equipment and software.
- Gain hands-on experience with Predict
laboratory technicians.
- Test and analyze up to 5 of your own
samples.
- Learn Ferrographic and Used Oil test
procedures.
- Understand the various test packages and
what the data represents.
- Maximize the effectiveness of their
current program.

Advanced Machine Condition Analysis Training
Course
The advanced course is designed to provide participants with a working
knowledge of Ferrographic Analysis and its relationship to Used Lubricant
Analysis. This knowledge enables the analyst to identify wear modes and make
better recommendations.

Gain hands-on experience
with Predict laboratory technicians.

Analyze up to 10 of your own
Ferrograms.

Experience 2 full days of
analytical ferrography practice with a qualified technician.

Learn to effectively use the
Optical Microscope (Ferroscope)

Differentiate between normal
and abnormal wear particles.
