Machine Vibration Analysis -
The analysis of a machine's physical condition through the non-invasive analysis of the vibrations it creates.

It has been proven that machinery vibration analysis can provide accurate insight to many common machinery problems months in advance. Long term trending of machine conditions and early fault identification enables your maintenance department to plan the course of action best suited for your specific needs.

Installation and Setup
Upon starting a program, PREDICT will work with you to maximize the effectiveness of your program. An experienced technician will visit your facility to prepare the machinery test locations or to provide training to your staff (includes collection machine data, test point labels, and sensor mounting pads). Our programs are customized around your specific requirements and goals.

Data Collection
Collection is performed in a variety of ways. PREDICT can collect the data as well as other information (oil samples) depending on the location, the customer may rent a data collector (fully loaded with a survey and instruction) from PREDICT, or the customer may purchase a data collector and submit the raw data to PREDICT for analysis. The collection option you choose all depends on your resources and comfort level.
